Performance Classes:
Performance Classes offer the opportunity to practice performing in front of a small group of other students in a casual atmosphere. Each student plays their piece several times, which offers the opportunity to polish their performance. These classes take place at Tualatin United Methodist Church.
OMTA Syllabus Program:
Syllabus is a music curriculum that covers technique, music theory, sight-reading, rhythm reading, and repertoire. The ten levels of Syllabus are graduated in difficulty and challenge students to achieve musical goals. After completion of a level, students can opt to be assessed by a master teacher who provides a helpful critique. The entry fee varies according to Syllabus level.
